Shipping Information

We offer next day delivery on all orders placed before 2pm. We offer TNT/Fedex delivery option. We also offer collection at warehouse. Please email or telephone 01772 431908 after placing your order to advise us when collection will be made.  We will endeavour to have your goods ready at the trades counter for when you arrive.  Our opening hours for collection are Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm. Delivery charges are £12.00 (inclusive of vat) per 30 kilos within mainland UK.  All other areas can be calculated within the checkout.  If you are unsure as to how much carriage charges will be, please add the items to your basket and click the “calculate shipping” link.  Alternatively you call either email or call us on 01772 431908. If you would like to track your order please ensure your contact email address is supplied and correct when ordering.  This will enable the courier to email you the tracking details as the order is despatched.  Alternatively you can contact our office for further assistance. If for any reason you have not received your parcel within the time frame given please let us know within 13 days of placing your order.

Return Information

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have purchased from Webex Supply please contact within 7 days of receipt of the item(s).  You can contact us by telephone to talk directly to our office about your telephone or online order on 01772 431908. Alternatively you can email us on or write to us at: Webex Supply Ltd Unit F3, Leyland Business Park Centurion Way, Farington Leyland, PR25 3GR If your order arrives and the parcel is damaged you must check the parcel prior to signing the couriers delivery note to ensure there is nothing missing.  If there are any missing items please reject the parcel and state your reason as “missing item due to transit” with the courier. If the parcel has missing items and the parcel is not damaged please advise us of the missing item(s) within 3 days to enable us to look into resolving the issue.  It is rare that item(s) are missed when being packed so please ensure you double check your items you have received against the order placed prior to contacting us. In the event an item(s) is faulty or damaged, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund.  This is providing you have notified us with 30 days of the item(s) being delivered to you and the item(s) is returned directly to ourselves at: Webex Supply Unit F3, Leyland Business Park Centurion Way, Farington Leyland, PR25 3GR We reserve the right to inspect all returned item(s) prior to agreeing to any part/full refund or exchange. The returned item(s) must be accompanied with proof of purchase. We can arrange for our nominated courier to collect the damaged/faulty item(s).  Please contact us on 01772 431906 to have this arranged.  We require the item(s) to be returned to us within 7 days of the initially contact of the faulty/damaged item(s). In the event you wish to return the item(s) purchased via telephone order or online that is no longer required.  We will offer a refund excluding any delivery charges providing the item(s) are returned within 30 days of the item(s) being delivered. The item(s) once returned will be inspected before any refund is made.  If the item(s) has been used or not returned in the original packaging you will not be refunded for the item(s). We reserve the right to inspect all returned items prior to agreeing to any part/full refund or exchange. Once the refund has been accepted this will be processed with 30 days. All refunds will be made to the same method of payment used to purchase the item(s). This does not affect your statutory rights.
